Terms and Conditions.

By hiring Memori Cinta you agree and consent to the below terms and conditions.

  • The hirer gives permission for images taken at the event to be used on Memori Cinta's social platforms. This includes Facebook, Memori Cinta's website, Instagram and Tiktok. Please let us know if there are any photos you wish not to be shared.

  • Delivery, set up and removal of the equipment are free of charge. The time it takes to deliver, set up and pack away will be outside of the hiring period. We will be there 1.5 hour before the event to ensure that everything is ready for you. Should you wish for us to have this set up earlier, an idle fee will apply. A trained attendant will be in close proximity of the venue at all times. 

  • The hirer is responsible for the conduct of all participants at the event using the photobooth. Any damage to the photobooth or other equipment will be customers responsibility and will result in additional charges. 

  • A $200.00 non refundable deposit deducted from the total invoice is required to secure the event time and date. Until the deposit is received and paid the date cannot be secured and confirmed. The remaining balance must be paid by the hirer to Memori Cinta at least 14 days prior to the event date.

    If event is booked 7 days prior to the event, a non-refundable full payment must be received at least 48 hours before the booking.

    ​The online gallery will not be available until the FULL PAYMENT has been made to Memori Cinta.

  • Prices are subject to change, please ensure the website is checked before booking.

    The hirer is agreeing to the terms and conditions if they pay any, or the complete amount of the invoice. 

  • Memori Cinta will not be held liable for failing to perform under the agreement by the occurrence of any even beyond our reasonable control, including a labour disturbance, internet outage or interruption of service, communication outage failure by a service provided by us to perform, fire. threatened or actual act of terrorism, natural disaster or war. 

  • If full payment has been made, the online gallery will be sent to the client within 3 business days of the event. The online gallery will be available for 30 days, ways to access this will be provided to the client. In this time, the photos will be available to download.

    The website will automatically remove the album after the 30 days period. Therefore, the client must ensure that they download their digital copies within the timeframe. Once the photos have been removed, they cannot be retrieved. 

  • Memori Cinta Booth operator may stop the service at any time during the event if they believe that the equipment ( photobooth, props and additional equipment) is being misused in a way that may be dangerous to any persons or potentially damaging to the equipment. 

    ​Any variations to these terms and conditions must be agreed in writing by Memori Cinta.

  • Venue access: We require access to the event 1.5 hours prior to the schedule start time of the event. If access is delayed, Memori Cinta reserves the right to modify the rental period. 

    Space requirement: Appropriate space shall be organised by the hirer of 8ft (w) x 7.5ft (h) and access to power outlet 1.5 hours before booking time. Access to the outlet must be within 5-10 m of the equipment. 

    ​Our photobooth and equipment must always be undercover and sheltered to protect damage and in case of weather conditions. Memori Cinta reserve the right to move the equipment or cancel the rental as a last resort.
