Booking process.

  1. Fill in the enquiry form to receive a free quote and confirm date availability. We will respond within 1-2 business days.

2. Pay your $200.00 deposit to secure your date.

3. Once contract, terms and conditions are accepted submit the finer details such as backdrop and branding.

4. Final balance paid 2 weeks before the event.

Frequently asked questions

  • In order to secure your date and time, you will need to complete the online enquiry form. Once this has been completed, we will send you an email which will include an invoice as well as to confirm the availability date

    A deposit of $200.00 is required to secure the booking date, without the deposit we cannot hold the date for you.

    Payments can be made via bank transfer and card.

    By submitting the form and paying the deposit you agree to our terms and conditions.

  • We will contact you to discuss your event in greater depths, your vision and you needs.

  • We serve Perth both South and North of the river! this is included in the pricing already.

  • For our booth, we use tension fabric offering a range of colours to suit your event theme.

    Black marble, wood , white, nude pink , brown & sky blue.

  • We can add names, logos, messages and colours of your choice!

  • Our booth can be set up outside provided that the booth is fully covered. This includes a wall to cover and a roof. Kindly note, we will also require close access to power.

  • We aim to service all types of events here are some examples of the events:

    Weddings, birthdays, cultural events, baby shower, henna nights the list is endless.
